About MarkUp
MarkUp is the simplest way to collaborate on websites, images, PDFs, and videos. Create a MarkUp, leave contextual feedback, share it for review, and get notified the moment someone comments or replies.
You can mark up live websites and upload images, PDFs, and videos, plus most common file types your team works with every day.
A Workspace is a shared home for your MarkUps, folders, and team members. It’s a single place to organize projects and manage access. Pro and Business plans include one Workspace; Enterprise includes unlimited Workspaces.
Folders help you organize MarkUps without creating a separate Workspace for every project or client. Available on every paid plan, with no limit on how many you create.
There are four roles across every plan:
Owners manage permissions and can delete the Workspace.
Admins manage permissions and edit Workspaces, Folders, and MarkUps, but can’t delete the Workspace.
Members upload, comment, and invite stakeholders for feedback.
Guests review and comment on the MarkUps they’re invited to — no upload access needed.
