Ruttl still holds a 4.6 rating on G2 and 4.4 on Capterra, so this isn’t a pattern that shows up everywhere. But a rendering-specific complaint pattern spans 2021 to September 2025 across multiple review sites, including a September 2025 Capterra review calling the product “too buggy to function.”
