Step #1: Sign up with

If you don’t have an account with yet, you can sign up for free! Yup, you read that right, you can get started with at no cost.

All you need is a working email address and a password, and voila

But if you’re signed in to Gmail or Microsoft on your browser already, you can simply sign in using your accounts.

Step #2: Upload video files to

After signing up or logging in to, your Dashboard is the next page you’ll see. 

From there, click Upload at the top right of the page to start putting your video files on the platform.

Lights, camera, upload!

A new window will pop up, letting you browse your device for the video file you want to upload. Alternatively, you can just drag and drop the video directly in 

After uploading the video, it’ll convert to a Video MarkUp, primed and ready for sharing and reviewing by your stakeholders.

Author’s Note: BTW, allows you to upload various formats, such as MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, and many more! 

Step #3: Share Video MarkUps with stakeholders

Now it’s time to share the video with reviewers. 

Giving access permission to collaborators is super easy on

All you need to do is hover your mouse over the Video MarkUp you’ve just created and click Share

After that, you’ll see a new window pop up. From there, you can enter stakeholders’ emails or manually share the unique link with them.

Alternatively, you can share the content after opening the Video MarkUp. Just click Share at the top right corner, follow the on-screen instructions, and you’re good to go. 

With the video now available to reviewers, they can give feedback with ease by annotating the video

Step #4: Start annotating 

Alright, folks! It’s time to share that video with your reviewers. To do this, start by playing the Video MarkUp and click anywhere on the video to leave comments. 

When a comment box pops up, that’s your cue to add your feedback.

Simply write your comments in the box, add emojis for a personal touch, attach additional files for context, or even edit your comments. 

When you’re done, click Post for the comment to go live and appear in the Active tab.

Once you’ve implemented your reviewers’ feedback, their comments are moved to the Resolved tab. This way, you can keep track of the entire feedback process in real-time.
